Break the Bias of Echo Chamber

I joined this service design workshop:
Human-shaped? We’re not here to make something new, just for the sake of it. Here at Designit, we believe in better, not more. We want to make something designed for real human needs by, well, fellow humans – us. If we’ve got just 48 hours to change the world, we want to make it just a little more human-shaped.

On Friday, February 17 to Sunday, February 19th, Designit and NYU MAGNET will host a Global Service Jam in Brooklyn. After revealing the Jam’s secret theme on Friday night, we’ll break into teams and start working. The challenge is to identify and understand a real-world need, ideate and prototype concepts, and deliver a solution by Sunday afternoon.

Both newbies and experts are welcome. You’ll walk away with new tools for your service design toolkit, share a few great meals with new friends, and create a solid service prototype with a team of fellow designers.
